As for the restaurant, I can't comment. I came with my partner for coffee after dinner. At 9 pm, the waiters noticed us being seated, but no one came to take our order. After 10 minutes, someone finally arrived, took our order, prepared it, brought it to us, and told us they were closing in 10-15 minutes. In my opinion, this young man just wanted to get home quickly.

Fantastic team in both the dining room and kitchen, top-notch meals made with quality ingredients. There are still genuinely friendly and welcoming shopkeepers out there; a huge THANK YOU! A truly excellent place to eat in Bayonne - Les Charentais de Cognac.

One of the few restaurants where I see waiters and waitresses who take the time to chat with customers. They gave us great advice for future visits. Everyone was fantastic, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The food was truly delicious, and the setting was perfect. 5 stars 🌟. I highly recommend it!!

A really nice restaurant by the river! The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and they even chat with the customers! The food is especially delicious; it makes you want to come back and eat there again!!
