The Basque cake is killer and the chocolate is to die for. The logs offered for the end of year celebrations are divine. Add to that friendly employees and reasonable prices. I can only recommend “Au cake Basque”

I have just tasted a panettone with candied fruit, it is a pure delight as well as the fruit bread. This cake rocked my childhood because I am of Italian origin and I have rarely eaten such a good and soft panettone filled with so much fruit. Well done, don't change anything in the recipe. I highly recommend it.
