My friends and I bought three individual Basque pastries (one of each) at the Bayonne market. They were excellent. I highly recommend them, especially to tourists looking for a local dessert. A special mention goes to the curly-haired saleswoman who gave us great advice and was very kind!

Good snacks and pastries. The very friendly lady tries to speak Spanish, which is much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Exceptional products. True expertise. I was passing through three weeks ago from Normandy in my campervan. It's a shame to be so far away. Don't change a thing!

Excellent Basque cake! Very good sandwich, filled with Bayonne ham, cheese, butter, and salad in a nice fresh roll. Very friendly service and very reasonable prices.

We ate croissants, brioche rolls and a pastry with apple, it was very tasty. It's just less fun to eat it cold.

The best Basque cherry cake from Bayonne. I bought mine on Wednesday for lunch this Sunday; the cake was delicious, and, kept in the fridge for three days, it tasted as if it had been fresh that morning.

Bakery located in a rather charmless port area. Pleasant welcome. We had a Basque cake which wasn't the best we've ever had. It lacked flavor and was a bit dry.
