The food is incredible and the service is always very friendly and welcoming. The presentation of the dishes is exquisite, and the ingredients are truly high-quality for a very reasonable price. For me, it's the best bistro in Rezé because the quality never drops despite our numerous reservations.

My favorite little lunch spot, just a 5-minute walk from work, is a place I go to every week and it's always a real treat 😊 I always order the rare beef chuck... they even know my order by heart now 😄 The welcome is always lovely; you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. Pleasant service, a friendly atmosphere, and a great little terrace in the summer... in short, a place you love to come back to. It's so nice to have a restaurant where they recognize you and where you're always greeted with a smile.

A warm welcome as usual, and the beef chuck roast was excellent at lunchtime (tender and flavorful). We've had several meals (or just a quick coffee...) at Bistrot du Vélo since the change of ownership, and personally, I find the service efficient and focused on flavorful dishes. Admittedly, the menu isn't extensive, but that's often the case when working with fresh ingredients. In any case, we've always found something to our liking (and you can always check the menu before going in to see if it suits your taste).

First time at this bistro. The welcome was incredibly warm, especially from the owner, who had a radiant smile. The waiter was attentive to everyone's needs. And as for the food, hats off to them... The beef bourguignon was excellent, with superb presentation. I highly recommend it. Thank you to them all.

18/05/2026: A lovely brasserie on the banks of the Loire in Trentemoult, Rezé. It's ideal for groups, with two levels of seating and an outdoor terrace by the water. The selection of starters, main courses, and desserts is quite adequate; admittedly, the portions are small, but the value for money is good. There's a good selection of aperitifs and wines to suit all budgets. The roasted Camembert is simple yet delicious, and the warm cookie is a real treat. A little tip: order the half lobster as part of a set menu or a whole lobster à la carte. Half a lobster à la carte is more expensive than a whole lobster à la carte – €29 for a 180g half lobster versus €39 for a 390g whole lobster. Thank you for the warm welcome, the friendly atmosphere, and the patience of the cool waitress.
