La Guinguette de Trentemoult sur Reze

The food was excellent, but a few things stood out to me: - the waiter's rapid speech (a bald man) barely allowed time to respond; he was quite rushed, unwelcoming, and, moreover, didn't appreciate the presence of children at our table. - a dessert was forgotten; we had to ask for it again. - the waiters served the children's meals rather haphazardly, without asking what was for whom… we came with three children aged 8, 5, and 2, and had ordered two children's menus. And systematically, the waiters give them to the 8- and 5-year-olds, even though they were meant for the 5- and 2-year-olds (the 8-year-old eats like an adult). - When we ordered wine, a waiter (a trainee, I think) took the order, then his colleague came back to our table because the first one hadn't actually understood the name of the wine we wanted. - A knife suitable for meat would have been appreciated. - The wait was quite long, which meant we spent over 2.5 hours in the restaurant in total. - The crème brûlées were served in ramekins of different sizes (two large white ramekins and one small black one) without any explanation. In short, the food was excellent (honestly, we all ate very well), but the service left much to be desired.

We had a wonderful time at La Guinguette in Trentemoult with my daughters and sister 😊 The setting is truly lovely and the atmosphere very friendly. We ordered a charcuterie board and a roasted Camembert: everything was excellent, high-quality products, and beautifully presented! I highly recommend it; we'll definitely be back 👍

There were four of us: a friend with dietary restrictions was particularly well taken care of by the waiter, who offered her alternative solutions in consultation with the kitchen. A huge thank you for his friendly and highly professional attitude! * My chocolate dessert was good but a bit too much?! I should have chosen the fruit (mango and strawberries) recommended for my friend, who enjoyed them!

Always a great time. The food is excellent, worthy of Ain Gastro, at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly, and the setting is idyllic. I highly recommend it.

Excellent restaurant. This is the second time we've had lunch at this establishment. We are delighted with the quality of the ingredients, the dishes offered, and the service. However, we would have liked to have been able to enjoy the aperitif that had just been served to us, while the starters were brought to us at the same time.

This restaurant is a real gem. The dishes are delicious, carefully prepared, and made with high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, ideal for a meal with friends, as a couple, or with family. The staff, always smiling and attentive, contributes fully to the excellent experience. It's a place where you feel comfortable and that you can't wait to return to.

We had a lovely evening with some Portuguese colleagues. Everyone was delighted with the different dishes we tasted. The peaceful atmosphere was a very welcome bonus.

Great location. Expensive and not very accommodating. I didn't try the food because after a coffee I was asked to move to a table that no longer suited me... I went elsewhere.
