14/03/2024: My great-grandfather already came here. For coffee or an aperitif Félix is the Carcassonne institution par excellence. A must-see place. You feel at home there, that’s all.

07/02/2024: More than an hour and a half taking the daily menu. The food is good, but way too long. If there is a shortage of staff, you have to hire to fill the room
