21/09/2024: While passing through Trouville, we first looked via Google maps at the restaurants that seemed the most delicious to us, using regional products while having an attractive visual. We were not disappointed. The welcome was jovial. We were seated at the table we wanted. The decoration is elaborate and very instagramable. The mix of kitsch, very arty fluorescent sculptures with traditional furniture. The menu, in addition to being visually attractive and clear, reflected the image of the establishment. Proposals of traditional essentials with local products but also atypical fusions of other international cuisines (guacamole, tataki, risotto, Thai beef salad, poke bowl, and many others). I opted for a crispy salmon tataki as a starter, it was fresh and tasty. Perfectly balanced and I really enjoyed the wasabi emulsion. For the main course I opted for the roasted prawns accompanied by saffron risotto and diced chorizo. The waitress recommended an excellent white wine to accompany everything but I don't remember its title. My friends preferred to have the mussels marinières which were also delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant in Trouville if you are looking for a place to have lunch, dinner, with friends or family. Even as a lover, ideal for all types of occasions!
