Visit for an exhibition, the place is charming. Excellent location and excellent service. I will definitely come back to stay and experience the service.

What a joy to see marine cures reborn again! We can now fully enjoy the place with a large seawater pool, herbal tea and a relaxation area. A special mention for the flotation pool which is a real plus among the new services offered. The restaurant has gone upscale with “The Purist” concept. In short, an intense and relaxing stay. Congratulations to the teams who worked for this renewal and congratulations to your wonderful General Director!

Extremely competent, friendly and professional staff. The place has incredible charm and is perfectly located in Trouville. The breakfast is extraordinary with plenty of fresh produce. The room is cozy and very tasteful. The thalassotherapy part is also very pleasant

Hotel with very good service, smiling and friendly employees. Great spa. Well placed for walks and sightseeing, there are lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable and well-maintained room. The only negative point in my opinion is the serving of jarred dishes in room service with a very different quality to that of the restaurant (lentil salad)

I stayed the night of March 25 with my mother! Amazing experience!!!!! From check in to check out including breakfast, spa and room service. Everyone is so sincerely kind and benevolent that you feel at home and in a bubble of serenity. The room was perfect in every way (view, cleanliness) The quality of the welcome is perfect, thanks to Eleonora and Valentin with whom I was able to speak. Congratulations to them for their sincere interest in customers. Thanks to Nadège for her professionalism during breakfast and who is extremely responsive to everything hot. A big congratulations also to the spa team who do everything to make you feel good (tiffanie, Camille, Julie). The new spa really encourages escape. The water temperature is perfect and the facilities very clean. Thank you to Ninon for her welcome during our treatment in the flotation pool. Thanks to the reception team who were perfect during check in and check out, Eleonora and Capucine. I will return with great pleasure and I highly recommend it. In my opinion, everyone will find what they are looking for (couples, families, etc.)

Approximately the 10th stay in this hotel that we have known since opening. Our ritual when we go to the region, ideal location, discreet service at the top without being fussy like in other 5-star hotels in the region. This year we were disappointed. The spa has reopened, the decor contrasts a bit with the rest of the orange and white hotel? Less cocooned and elegant than the old spa but it's a question of taste, it's very personal. Impossible to have a treatment, no room despite staying 2 nights at the hotel, many people not staying at the hotel at the spa, too bad. Lots of noise at the swimming pool, not very relaxing, no more deckchairs but benches, this is meant to be the decoration of an oriental spa but it looks more like a municipal swimming pool. The rooms have aged a lot. Lots of waiting at the restaurant for breakfast, a bit of a mess, the staff, although very numerous and friendly, is not at all organized. Very noisy room. Perhaps we need to review the organization so that it is more fluid, which was the case the other times when we came. The valets are always so adorable and attentive, a pleasure to meet them every time. In short, we love this place and want to stay loyal to it but the service is no longer at 5-star level and the price of the stay is no longer justified. We need to rediscover the soothing and intimate side that was there before, we miss it! Little anecdote finally the paintings and decoration by Maurice Renoma which had been installed for the exhibition of the same name gradually disappear from the hall and the restaurant room finally! We had an overdose of this goldfish in all forms!! Delighted to find the soothing blue and white of the hotel’s initial decor!
