This restaurant is in a nice little area of Paulliac and looks like a movie set. It’s a beautiful area. The restaurant is very modern and has an open dining area. The wait and kitchen staff are very friendly and welcoming. They all speak English as well. The oysters, scallops and duck were absolutely delicious. I was a little disappointed in the beef rib for 2. There was a lot of chewy fat and just did not match the quality of the other food. It was cooked a perfect medium rare though. We all agreed the duck is worth returning for though. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was delicious and well-presented, ambiance was wonderful; unfortunately, the server was consistently impatient and rude.

Excellent experience, again and again…my third visit in 14 years (!) and the quality, ambiance and quality of service is top notch. Very cute terrace, in the middle of very beautiful and well maintained surroundings. Obviously, the wines on offer are first class, too.

Too long a wait between courses, we didn't have time to order dessert.

We tried vegetable soup, mushroom chicken, egg mayonnaise, panna cotta, and ram baba. Each one was amazing. They have a huge selection of wines. You absolutely must try them.

26/09/2026: A warm welcome. A pleasant anecdote and discussion about the quality of the products. Highly recommended.
20/09/2026: A lovely meal at this family-run restaurant where everything is delicious from appetizers to desserts. The ham is amazing, and the main courses are just as good. I highly recommend it! 😊

CO BA

16/09/2026: Fast service and excellent food! I'll definitely be back.
16/09/2026: Passing through Pauillac, I wanted to try a highly-rated restaurant I hadn't been to before. Loving Asian cuisine, I chose Co Ba, and we weren't disappointed. The owner is very friendly, and the dishes were delicious (bun tom and fisherman's stew). The price-quality ratio is also good. We'll gladly return.
