La Cambuse sur Pauillac

Gorgeous restaurant. The food was scrumptious. I had the meal of the day. The sauce was to die for. My husband had the beef steak. It melted in his mouth. Friendly service. Our French is very poor so the service staff translated the menu of the day so we knew what we weee getting. Of course, we apologised for our limited French language skills.

Very good cuisine in this small restaurant which doesn't look like much. Welcoming staff. I highly recommend. Please note that there is no TPE

Order the Confit de Canard. You wont regret it. Together with a charcuterie platter and a good white wine, we had a wonderful meal. Recommended!
