Cafè le Darius sur Aix-En-Provence

Ça fait bien 6 mois que nous n’étions pas revenus, donc nous avons découvert que ce restaurant a changé d’équipe. Ce n’est pas un problème pour le service qui est aussi bien sinon mieux qu’avant. Notamment la jeune serveuse qui s’est occupée de nous les deux fois où nous sommes venus, et qui est vraiment très très bien. Par contre, en cuisine, c’est la cata.. Ça se voit d’autant mieux que la carte est restée plus ou moins la même, donc on peut comparer avec avant. La première fois, on s’est dit que c’était un accident, mais quand l’accident devient la norme.. C’est dommage, parce que ce restaurant est bien pratique quand on sort du théâtre le soir. Mais s’ils ne trouvent pas rapidement un cuisinier digne de ce nom, va falloir envisager de changer de crémerie.

Je suis venu à l’improviste pour dîner . Les équipes ont changé mais le décor et la cuisine restent au top . J’ai été servi par Louis avec beaucoup de délicatesse et de professionnalisme. Endroit à recommander !

Well located brasserie, friendly staff, even if they push consumption a little. Clean, terrace overlooking the street. I don't rate the cuisine because I just had a coffee. Served with a large glass of cool water (nice).

I had an Italian salad, big disappointments, a ball of basic Mozza, three pieces of tomatoes. A few salad leaves and all that for €19 really disappointed Knowing that in other restaurants in Aix, the salads seem much more generous for the same price. Would I go back? No

Good address, fast service, simple and good food

I had lunch in Le Darius in my way to Fondation Vasarely and I felt at home from the very first moment. Manager Enric showed all times an extremely professional attitude but at the same time friendly manners that made my time there very enjoyable. Same attitude from the Mexican bartender. Will sure come back in my next visit to Aix en Provence.

Excellent café serving omelettes all day, burgers, salads and desserts. Had a lovely Salisbury steak, salad and ice cream. Outdoor seating in a quiet plaza.

Came here for a Campari spritz which actually came out very quick and was made fairly good. The waiter wasn’t friendly but it’s to be expected it’s France. Very nice ambiance and it was quick and easy to finalize the bill. Prices could be cheaper, this was 12 euros. Shouldn’t be more than 9 tbh.
