Amazing find in Aix-en-Provence! The quality was fantastic, and the service was immaculate. There was only one server managing the entire restaurant, yet you would never have guessed it, everything was smooth, attentive and incredibly well done. The food was super creative, delicious and full of flavour. I also think the price is completely fair given the quality of both the food and the service. And kudos to the beef tartare with apple chips, it was INSANE. Absolutely worth a visit!

The welcome is warm, and the service, at once professional, discreet, and attentive, is perfectly paced. The staff is present and attentive without ever being intrusive. As for the cuisine, it's a real triumph! Refined, colorful, and elegant dishes, with delicate flavor combinations and simply exquisite taste. Each dish is prepared with care, and this is evident from the very first bite. And to top it all off, the value for money is impeccable. A charming address, refined cuisine, and impeccable service… An experience I highly recommend and would be delighted to repeat! ❤️

A lovely restaurant housed in a beautifully renovated cellar. The food was excellent and creative, and the service was friendly and attentive. The white wine and champagne weren't cold enough, but that might have been due to the heat. Overall, a very positive experience and highly recommended.

We had lunch together and it was a wonderful experience and a great find. A single set menu, featuring quality ingredients, well-prepared and beautifully presented. It was accompanied by the wine of the day, a lovely and delicious local selection.

This is my third time eating at this restaurant, and each time I've been blown away. Everything is perfect, from the welcome to the dessert, including the quality of the dishes and the exquisite flavor combinations. It's gourmet service at a very attractive price: €35 for the complete menu. You absolutely shouldn't miss it! The chef is passionate, and it shows in his dishes. And when you chat with him on your way out, he takes the time to talk to each guest. In short, a unique experience not to be missed. Thank you again for everything! We'll definitely be back.
