Magnificent splendor for the palate. Amazing dishes with vibrant flavors in the mouth. We were able to meet chef Thomas Roret and above all thank him for the delicious time we just had. A great dinner.

We came for my husband's birthday and once again we were not disappointed. The quality of the products, the flavors, the research in terms of balance everything was perfect.
Without forgetting a service that is both discreet and efficient. The smile, friendliness and welcome are always present here and it is very pleasant to feel this full presence of others both on the plate and in the way it is presented to us!
A value for money that you will rarely find elsewhere!

Perfect dinner in a very pleasant setting, the dishes are really sophisticated, as beautiful as they are good! Finesse and surprise for the taste buds. Well done to the chef! The impeccable service with a pace that I really appreciate in this type of establishment, that is to say rather moderate than fast! PERFECT 👍🏼

Everything was perfect, from the welcome, the service, to the cooking, ending with a very friendly discussion with the chef.
Excellent meal with quality ingredients and beautiful blends of flavors, the desserts are excellent. A rare quality-price ratio in Aix.

Nous étions en famille à 7 et nous avons passé un superbe moment ! La cuisine et le service était impeccable, nourriture raffinée et service à la hauteur de la renommée du restaurant (4 verres pour 4 bouteilles de vin différentes sont le genre de petits détails que j’apprécie !).
Nous reviendrons volontiers.
