A delightful surprise.
Three friends stumbled into this restaurant on Ascension Thursday. The ambiance, the set menus (starter/main, main/dessert, etc.) at competitive prices, and the quality of the food, presentation, and service are incomparable to what you usually find. Exquisite and delicious dishes, and professionalism at every step. It was wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at the Henri IV cellars!
We opted for the 7-course tasting menu at €89 (unbeatable value for money); the cuisine was of exceptional quality, bursting with flavor and finesse in every dish.
A very special mention goes to the lemon pre-dessert, presented in several forms—simply outstanding!
Kudos also to the front-of-house team for their impeccable, relaxed service.
We will be back!

A magical and disconnected escape!
We experienced an exceptional moment at Les Caves d’Henri IV. The 7-course tasting menu was simply incredible: pure magic on our plates!
The service was impeccable, refined, both discreet and attentive at just the right moment.
A huge plus: there's no cell service, which is pure bliss! Not hearing any ringing phones and forgetting about them allows you to fully savor the moment.
So yes, the experience is a bit pricey, but the quality and serenity of the place more than justify it. A must-visit in Aix.
