30/07/2026: EXCEPTIONAL!! I highly recommend it! The cuisine is of very high quality! A very warm welcome, and a very interesting and enriching conversation after the meal. Wine paired perfectly with each dish, and an explanation of the pairing after we finished. The semi-cooked foie gras is EXCELLENT, the cassoulet is extraordinary. And the steak tartare, prepared right next to the table, far surpasses any I've ever had before thanks to its "special" ingredients!

25/07/2026: The cuisine was very refined and beautifully presented, especially the beef tartare prepared in front of us.
