I came to eat here one beautiful summer evening, having just arrived in the charming little town of Cauterets. This restaurant is OK if you are hungry, but I recommend you pass if you are looking for exquisite, original and elaborate dishes. However, I must still admit that this mix between Breton cuisine and Italian cuisine is quite explosive: pizzas, pastas, pancakes… there is something for everyone. I ordered a crepe which was not cooked very well, I almost said that it was originally frozen and that it had been reheated in the microwave because of the slightly mushy texture and the taste. quite mediocre. But let's move on. My dear traveling companions made the appropriate choice of a bruschetta which turned out to be delicious. So everything for a successful evening you might say, and indeed the service was fast and the two servers present were very pleasant and smiling. Notwithstanding, we had the misfortune of being in an unfavorable geographical location, between a table of Catalans who spoke as Catalans do, that is to say in such a way that the whole restaurant could hear them, and whose the attempts at self-management failed miserably, and a baby who was screaming to death (I assure you that he, with a single cry lasting about 20 seconds, managed to silence all the talkative Catalans ) and blasély threw his spaghetti carbonara without his parents seeming to understand that, potentially, he didn't like spaghetti carbonara (which is a crime, I grant you, but hey , it's a child so it's acceptable). The evening was therefore rather folkloric but despite all that, the evening was not unpleasant, we were well received, we left with a full stomach and the little sweets with the bill were welcome.
