Café L'Edgar Quinet sur Lyon

04/04/2024: I recently had the pleasure of visiting this waffle shop and I am absolutely delighted with my experience. As soon as I approached I was greeted by the irresistible smell of freshly made waffles. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming which added to the friendly atmosphere of the place. The waffles were simply divine! They were crispy on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside, and the fact that they were homemade added a touch of authenticity and undeniable quality. Additionally, the wide choice of toppings offered allowed me to personalize my waffle according to my preferences, which was a real plus. The place was also very clean and well maintained, demonstrating the attention to hygiene and quality. In short, an exceptional gastronomic experience that I highly recommend to all waffle lovers. I will happily come back to devour these homemade delights, but following a personal problem, I am forced to remain frustrated! Nevertheless, congratulations to the whole team for their excellent work, I adore you (especially one of the workers...)!

10/03/2024: A massacre ! You can't miss it: pancakes and waffles made with a dough with a well-hidden recipe, an incredible homemade spread and a creamy whipped cream, hum... It's a gourmet break for all visitors to the Park!
