The very concept of a "café-bookshop," the enchanting setting tucked away in a courtyard terrace in the heart of the city, the warm welcome—everything comes together to make this a must-visit spot in Charleville-Mézières. Don't hesitate to step into the imaginary world of comics, manga, and games while enjoying a meal, a snack, tea, or coffee. The upstairs also holds some delightful surprises! It's an incredibly pleasant place, just like the wonderful people who bring it to life in every role! You can purchase beautiful notebooks, journals, and postcards, each one more beautiful than the last... Settle in under the outdoor pergola when the weather is nice, and as an added bonus, you might even be greeted by a cat! 🐱 As you can see, Plume et Bulle is a truly magical place!

Simple but good food (everything is good, starters, main courses and desserts) and a very warm welcome. Plus you can browse through the comics, what more could you ask for?

Very warm place, the staff is great, always with a smile and kindness. I love going there to eat (meals between 10-15€ for good quality and a menu that changes every week + treats throughout the day). The reading selection is very interesting and they are open to group reservations (for which I thank them enormously). The upstairs is very quiet, perfect for revising or just reading, I wish there were more places like this. (The photos are from the June menu)

A very welcoming bookstore café, lunch or snack, a hot chocolate or tea among the manga or comics, the atmosphere is warm both inside and on the terrace, enough to spend very good times.🥰
