Nice spot for a quick treat while exploring the Louvre

I ordered a pistachio macaroon which was super dry, a slice of chocolate cake was good but nothing more. A cappuccino and a coffee all for 21 euros Honestly just take the coffee and the cappuccino.

The cafe is conveniently located in the Louvre Museum at the of the painter’s hall. Our family selected the lunch formule at 16,90 EU each, included your choice of a sandwich or quiche, and then your choice of a pastry and beverage. My husband chose the jambon et fromage, sandwich avec un gâteau au citron. I chose the Quiche lorraine and Un gâteau au chocolat. Our kids chose a chicken salad sandwich, chicken and cheese sandwich, chocolate cake, chocolate croissant with almond paste. I really liked my quiche. It was very good. It’s a creamy firm egg mixture. My family also enjoyed their sandwiches. However, each of us found our desserts to be a little dry. If I had to choose again, I think this time I would have selected the macaron instead of the chocolate cake. But all in all the food was good it was tasty And your pain for convenience and dining inside of the Louvre. We would all order our sandwiches again for sure. One very nice note for the staff, they are very friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated that the counter person held the orders until a table was ready. They said they had to wait until someone else left. And then another server cleaned off the table, and then we were allowed to move through the quick service line.

Ah, the fondant au chocolat I had in Paris was delicious, but the table in the store was wiped with a dishtowel, and the smell of the dishwashing water was so strong. That's all I remember.

Merveilleuse pause déjeuner au détour de notre visite au Louvre. Nous nous sommes accordés une pause café au Mollien. Et quel plaisir ce fut d’être accueilli par Mamadou, un homme d’une gentillesse sans égal et d’une bienveillance envoûtante s’inscrivant parfaitement dans le charme de l’endroit. Merci Mamadou

Expensive and not comfortable cafe. Chairs are metal and very cold, you cannot relax. Food is ok. Service is friendly

Crowded and the sandwiches were cold.

Really nice setting, food was average at best, the service was not good. They don't let you sit wherever you want and you miss the chance to see the view if you don't have 4 people or more with you

Pretty good coffee and looks like they have good food but very pricey because it's inside the Louvre.
