The setting is very pretty, the food tasty and the staff very attentive and friendly. On the other hand, the owner seems less inclined to respond to the wishes of customers...
I recommend this place where the homemade cuisine is quality and the welcome is pleasant. The desserts are delicious!! The organization of space is interesting.
The service is efficient but you can stay there as long as you want! Good value for money.

While passing through Besançon, it was quite by chance that we had lunch at the Morand café. Flawless! Welcome, service, quality and originality of the dishes. A great discovery, we will come back! We are trying to remake the “cod back” and its “grated carrots/celery” duo :))
Very warm welcome and always a treat whether for a pastry and a coffee or lunch. The Comtoise galette is excellent.
Always a pleasure to stop there.
