Beer-style coffee is very good!

My husband and I enjoyed a cold brew coffee, and it was excellent! Thanks to the very detailed and informative explanations from the barista team, we discovered the art of coffee making, its complexity, and its delicate flavor. It was like tasting a fine wine! Thank you to Imad for sharing his passion and knowledge with us! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend going in, even just for an espresso. A unique experience in a beautiful setting!

The coffee is good, but not good enough to warrant a trip there.

A coffee house in a stylish space where highly professional staff welcome you with friendly service. "I didn't know a place like this existed in this neighborhood?" The specialty coffee, accompanied by explanations, was truly unique and fragrant, and the cozy atmosphere made it a great place to relax and unwind.

Just fantastic. With respect to consumables, easily one of the best cafes in Paris. The barista was super kind and worked diligently. The drinks I tried, the “Cafe Infuse A Froid” and the “Cascara Thé glacé” are superb. The nitrogen infused cold brew is quite nice and surely a spectacle to behold, although it is relatively acidic in terms of coffee which some people might not like. The iced Cascara tea is fantastic and very refreshing. Additionally, both the madeleines as well as the cookie are outstanding.

The hot chocolate at Le Café Alain Ducasse, Manufacture à Paris was outstanding. The coffee was also very good, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Definitely worth a visit.

Expensive coffee, but good experience

I just came in for an espresso, and the welcome was fantastic. They explained the coffee roasting process to us, and the coffee itself was excellent. Thank you!
