A warm atmosphere, delicious meals at reasonable prices. An excellent place to eat in La Pallice. I go back often.

As a truck driver stranded by the snow at the port of La Rochelle, I walked up to Café Populaire. Although the establishment wasn't open, the owner kindly agreed to serve us coffee and let us use the restrooms. A huge thank you for this hospitality; I will definitely return as soon as I have the chance!
