Everything was excellent: from the service to the food and the beautiful mountain view. The restaurant is located at the entrance to the golf course, offering a lovely green view of the Pic du Midi. It filled up very quickly, even though we came for lunch on a weekday. I don't remember if reservations are possible, but it's best to arrive early. The service was very pleasant and efficient, with genuine friendliness. As for the food: it was delicious! Several daily specials were offered at €16. We had the white fish (hake?) with leek, which I ordered, and it was all very good. Well-seasoned, beautifully presented, and the portion was perfect. The desserts, priced between €7 and €9, were equally excellent. The chocolate mousse was superb (and I'm starting to become a connoisseur), as were the very good lemon mousses, the rum baba (not too spongy), the russet cake, and the tarte tatin, all of which were also very good. Soit 25€ pour un plat et un dessert qui étaient très bons! Je regrette juste l'absence de possibilité de payer en carte resto (lié aux frais ou parce que ça ferait tâche de les accepter parmi les riches golfeurs ? 🤔) Je reviendrai !
