09/04/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The chef and his wife will delight you from appetizer to dessert. We ate there for a wedding, and all the dishes were excellent and beautifully presented, from the aperitif to the dessert. Their catering service the following day was also of very high quality. Top-notch!

14/04/2026: A fantastic place; the owner goes out of her way to ensure you receive the warmest welcome. Traditional local cuisine served with a smile.
24/03/2026: At Maurette's, you'll find traditional cuisine in a rustic setting that reminds me of my grandmother. The dishes are prepared with care and love, using ingredients Maurette sources herself from the market. The blanquette, in particular, brings back childhood memories. It's not the chic of fine dining establishments, but it's simple, honest food, full of memories, served in a warm and inviting atmosphere. For all these reasons, I give it four stars.

24/03/2026: Excellent value for money (€22 per person splitting the bill between three of us, starter, main course, dessert, drinks, and coffee), a lively bar atmosphere, a nice setting (mountain views!), and friendly, smiling staff – a real pleasure!

14/02/2026: We love the wood-fired pizzas; they're generously topped, just the way we like them! I highly recommend them for those with a sweet tooth. Remember to call ahead to order. There's also a very convenient pizza vending machine outside.

25/03/2026: Everything was excellent: from the service to the food and the beautiful mountain view.
The restaurant is located at the entrance to the golf course, offering a lovely green view of the Pic du Midi.
It filled up very quickly, even though we came for lunch on a weekday. I don't remember if reservations are possible, but it's best to arrive early.
The service was very pleasant and efficient, with genuine friendliness. As for the food: it was delicious! Several daily specials were offered at €16. We had the white fish (hake?) with leek, which I ordered, and it was all very good. Well-seasoned, beautifully presented, and the portion was perfect. The desserts, priced between €7 and €9, were equally excellent. The chocolate mousse was superb (and I'm starting to become a connoisseur), as were the very good lemon mousses, the rum baba (not too spongy), the russet cake, and the tarte tatin, all of which were also very good. Soit 25€ pour un plat et un dessert qui étaient très bons!
Je regrette juste l'absence de possibilité de payer en carte resto (lié aux frais ou parce que ça ferait tâche de les accepter parmi les riches golfeurs ? 🤔)
Je reviendrai !

18/03/2026: I stopped at the MD Drive at 5:35 PM. The woman on the phone at the intercom was quite angry, really unprofessional, didn't even say hello. I was practically yelled at. It's regrettable, especially considering the €35 restaurant menu. A disgrace.

Il semble que vous l ennuyez en commandant un repas ..!
C est dommage car la table n est pas mauvaise ..
Mais à lui seul il ne vous donne pas envie de revenir
