Finally real bread! And without a doubt the best in Lyon!... Not to mention the pastries! And what’s more, it’s organic!

The Swiss bread is very good, the puff pastry is perfect! The incredible Pain au chocolat. A slice of super good pizza with a real bread paw! 👌 The Bakery is super clean! Very kind staff! I recommend !

A quality organic bakery that was missing in the neighborhood! In addition to the different types of bread which are all very good, the pastries (croissants & pain au chocolat among others) are worth the detour! These are the best for me because they are dense and soft inside. The carrot cake is killer, and for lunch... I would go miles to get a small portion of sweet potato salad!

Very good products, the "belle des champs" baguette is very good, soft crumb, it often weighs between 350 g and 400 g so the price is completely comparable to that of other bakeries of this quality (Antoinette, Frères Barrioz, Crumb). There are also smaller Belle des champs (around 200 g), which we prefer so as not to have leftovers. The pastries are excellent.

Boulangerie d’exception, je recommande particulièrement le kouign Amann et le pain au chocolat-noisette !
