A wonderful discovery, both culinaryly and personally. The food was excellent: fresh, flavorful, and above all, homemade! We received a warm welcome even though we hadn't made a reservation. We highly recommend it.

26/04/2026: We're used to stopping at Café de l'Europe on the road to Lanne Barétous! Usually a good, inexpensive lunch! This time, for a simple plate of food, we waited: 30 minutes to order plus another 40 minutes to be served! And the restaurant wasn't even full, far from it. When we asked what the problem was, the response was clearly meant to make us feel like we were being taken for a fool… Do you have to have a Basque accent to be treated with respect as a customer?

01/09/2026: Great place to eat. Varied menu, with several types of burgers, salads, cured meats, cheeses... Very reasonable prices and generous portions. Carefully prepared cuisine with quality ingredients. Friendly and efficient service. We had dinner here after 9:30 pm, and they served us pleasantly. Easy parking. A great choice.
