26/04/2026: We're used to stopping at Café de l'Europe on the road to Lanne Barétous! Usually a good, inexpensive lunch!
This time, for a simple plate of food, we waited: 30 minutes to order plus another 40 minutes to be served! And the restaurant wasn't even full, far from it. When we asked what the problem was, the response was clearly meant to make us feel like we were being taken for a fool… Do you have to have a Basque accent to be treated with respect as a customer?

09/05/2026: Very disappointed, we came as a party of four. We waited over an hour to be served. (I should mention we were the only ones in the restaurant.)
05/05/2026: I've never been here. I gave it one star so I could reply, because it annoys me to receive requests from Google asking me to give my opinion on a place I don't know! 😡
