I spent two months in Europe and this was my favorite meal. The vegetables were stir fried perfectly- done, but still with a crunch. I’m not sure how the chef did this, but it was delicious. The pork was marinated and tender. The chef was kind enough to substitute the pork for shellfish since I have an allergy. The meal was accompanied by a beautiful St Emilion wine, of course.

A real treat!!! Exceptional Vietnamese cuisine. We had a very fragrant pho bo soup, made with fresh ingredients. We loved it 😋 The menu changes regularly. Very friendly staff, top-notch! Thank you

There are unique places in the world, and in Saint-Émilion, "Café Saigon" is a must-visit for several reasons: the food prepared in real time, the friendliness, the service, and the smiles of the team. Today, from my Médoc, it was another opportunity (yes, yes) to be there, with the menu: Vietnamese-style sea bream ceviche (the flavors in your mouth are pure bliss), grilled pork with 5 spices, vegetables, and fragrant white rice, and to finish, banana fritters flambéed with agricultural rum. My favorite place is lunch or dinner at the counter in the kitchen with chef Caroline and future stair-climbing champion Lyse.
