I have been leading my groups of cathedral visitors to your establishment for 30 years, and it is always a pleasure. Well done and thank you.

We had a wonderful birthday lunch outside at le Cafe Blue. The sun was shining, the food was great, service friendly and helpful, and we even got candles in the profiteroles! A lovely place in the cathedral shadows

This establishment deserves a higher rating: the food is quite good, the location is excellent with a beautiful view of the cathedral, and the staff is generally friendly. Unfortunately, the service is far too slow, and several things were forgotten: the requested burger was cooked to the correct temperature, the sauce was missing, and even the coffee was left out. It's a shame, because the place has potential. For me, it's a maximum of 4 stars.

Super fast and friendly service... Our waitress, whose name I've unfortunately forgotten, was perfect... Great advice and always smiling... We'll be back! 😊

O TireBouchon

26/02/2026: An excellent, little-known gem in Chartres. People often stop at other, more prominent establishments, while this restaurant is a true culinary treasure. A very warm welcome with a smile. The vaulted cellar, where entertaining performances sometimes take place, is definitely worth seeing. 👍 Highly recommended
22/02/2026: Excellent evening spent at Le Tire-Bouchon, superb food and equally perfect service. Special mention for their excellent homemade terrine and French toast. I highly recommend it!
