An excellent, little-known gem in Chartres. People often stop at other, more prominent establishments, while this restaurant is a true culinary treasure. A very warm welcome with a smile. The vaulted cellar, where entertaining performances sometimes take place, is definitely worth seeing. 👍 Highly recommended

Excellent evening spent at Le Tire-Bouchon, superb food and equally perfect service. Special mention for their excellent homemade terrine and French toast. I highly recommend it!

Great find! We came on a Saturday night with friends. The welcome was very warm. The portions were generous. The dishes were delicious and varied. The flavors were all there. Highly recommended for the beef cheek and the rum baba! 😁
