Excellent evening spent at Le Tire-Bouchon, superb food and equally perfect service. Special mention for their excellent homemade terrine and French toast. I highly recommend it!

Great find!
We came on a Saturday night with friends.
The welcome was very warm.
The portions were generous.
The dishes were delicious and varied.
The flavors were all there.
Highly recommended for the beef cheek and the rum baba! 😁

Today I tried the new set menu: dish of the day, dessert, and coffee for €19.50.
Very good home-style cooking. The menu is in the style of a traditional Lyonnais bistro...but not exclusively!
The atmosphere is very warm and you immediately want to come back for a delicious calf's head.

What can I say... I was passing through Chartres and this restaurant was recommended to me (which I highly recommend again). From the welcome to the dessert, everything was excellent and the service was impeccable!
Thank you again, and I'll definitely be back soon.
As I write this, it's 10:20 am... and I won't lie, I wish I were actually at the restaurant! 😂

A restaurant with a short menu… and that's precisely what makes all the difference! Here, every dish is expertly prepared, fresh, and truly delicious. The staff is remarkably kind, always smiling and attentive. The cozy and welcoming atmosphere further enhances the enjoyment of the meal. A truly wonderful place that I wholeheartedly recommend!
