On venait de participer au Festival de poésie et on cherchait un lieu où terminer ka journée. Du coup, on a demandé aux organisateurs où aller?
La cuisine de tyoe brasserie est copieuse.
Le service à été effectué en 2 temps :
Première prise de contact avec le patron, stressé, pas à notre écoute- bref, on ne se comprenait pas!
2eme partie, avec un très sympathique jeune homme qui a bien fait de prendre la suite pour s' occuper très agréablement de notre table.
Le cadre en terrasse est très agréable, la pluie ☔️ à gâché ce moment et nous Sommes rentrés pour prendre notre dessert, Café et infusions.

Pleasant restaurant but for those who suffer from vertigo, avoid the balcony of the restaurant which overlooks the void.. friendly and attentive staff. Excellent cuisine. I would come back

We had a salad which was to be the main course. It was made of good products but there was almost only salad. Very disappointing and above all very expensive for the plate.
We will not return there and we do not recommend. Having a beautiful view is not enough for a restaurant.

Spectacular, on this site they make the world a better place. We ordered an entrecôte and a tartare which were delicious. But I would like to highlight the bread, an absolute delight that I have asked about and they bake it themselves. My mother was a baker and it is something I do not value lightly.
The desserts were sublime, in my case pistachio and chocolate ice cream also made by them.
The service and attention of 10. I don't know if I will go through La Salvetat again, but if I don't I assure you that I will eat here again.
6 out of 5 and quality-price ratio in line with what I just reviewed.

Everything was wonderful. Service excellent, food great and great atmosphere. However, even though there is an option from google maps to reserve online, the system is not working for the restaurant. We were lucky to get a table because the stuff was kind enough to help. BUT MAKE SURE YOU CALL TO RESERVE, DONT COUNT ON GOOGLE

Nous avons fait une halte sans avoir réservé, lundi de Pentecôte. Un accueil avec le sourire par une équipe jeune et dynamique. Une carte alléchante, qui tient ses promesses ( Les ris de veau sont excellents !) Nous n'avons pas tenu compte de l'avis de certains grincheux et nous avons bien fait. N'hésitez pas, si vous passez par la Salvetat, l'adresse est bonne.
