Waterside terrace, prompt service. Soggy fries and rather tasteless meat and bland fish. Not very fresh lettuce leaves. Small glass of sour Chardonnay.

The meal was good overall. Homemade food. The service was impeccable. The waiter was friendly. Drink: Apple juice Main course: Mussels and fries Dessert: Banana split There was too much ice cream on the banana split; you couldn't see the banana, which somewhat spoiled the dessert. I couldn't taste the banana. Price-wise, I found it a bit expensive for what I ordered, even considering it's by the water and in a well-known city.

We ate twice at this restaurant and the first night we were not disappointed with our salads. The second night we chose the 2 course menu and enjoyed our starters. But the mussels in wine sauce were very disappointing. They were small and this could be due to the season when perhaps they should not be on the menu. We have been told that October is the season when they are full grown. The sauce wasn't very tasty. We were going to choose a dessert but our waiter didn't return to our table.

The Moules Mariniere was disappointing. Tiny mussels. Really quite pathetic. Chips were good. The Fruites de mer was average, at best. The longustines had seen better days! The oysters were small but fresh. The situation is, however, perfect, right on the River and the service was quick and friendly.

18/05/2026: A fantastic place. The manager and Nolan are incredibly attentive and have a deep knowledge of what they serve, in this case, wines. Everything is done with professionalism and kindness.
