26/07/2026: Finally, a restaurant worthy of the name! The welcome is warm and the terrace very pleasant! As for the food, the starter, main course, and dessert were all exceptional, and the organic wine surprised us with its originality and freshness. I highly recommend it.
24/07/2026: Let me start by saying that we barely speak French and the owner barely speaks English. This was no problem at all for this lovely man, who still tried to share his passion and humor in his own language with a great deal of compassion. To our great appreciation.
This chef, who ran the entire restaurant by himself, took us on a five-course journey, a taste explosion of Dordogne. A foie gras so creamy and flavorful that it resembled a savory praline cream.
The steak was so good that the animal told a story in your mouth, that it had had a wonderful life. It couldn't be otherwise in an environment like this.
But the dessert... Never before have I tasted anything so intensely fresh on a plate. As if the ingredients had truly been picked just before they were placed on the plate.
