The manager is very friendly and polite. He's very involved in the restaurant. It's great to see that.
However, the explanations regarding the children's menu (which cup to use, etc.) need to be reviewed.

The manager is incredibly rude. When asked for help at the till, he yells at the customers and doesn't call for backup. He just stands there with his sponge next to his employee. He thinks he's right because he got up at 5 a.m. and doesn't hesitate to give his name, claiming he has enough customers to cover his salary. Really not nice to the local employees who eat at Flunch every day!

I had a good meal this Monday at 1:30 pm. The buffet was quite extensive. The welcome was warm and the staff friendly. The restaurant and restrooms were clean, which isn't very common at Flunch.

The food was rather bland, the payment process was a little slow which disrupted the meal, and there was a lack of background noise or "life" inside.

Very welcoming place and good food, very friendly staff, vegetables always piping hot and the presentation of the dishes was perfect. The dining room was also very clean, including the restrooms, which smelled pleasant. I recommend everyone eat at this restaurant.

The all-you-can-eat buffet was fairly average overall.
A major negative point: the manager reprimanded a young, clearly new employee by yelling at him in the fish department in front of us customers. This type of behavior is clearly unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. He should try to be more considerate, especially during busy periods, because yelling at his employees won't improve their work.
