The food was very good and varied for a low price (and what I appreciated was that the toilets were clean).

As regular Flunch customers, we weren't disappointed. The comments saying it's old, etc., are false. Admittedly, the decor is a little dated due to lack of renovation, but it's clean and well laid out. The staff is very friendly. The manager who served us was super nice and helpful. The food is very good, fresh, and inexpensive compared to other restaurants. I highly recommend it.

We opted for the all-you-can-eat mussels and fries. The mussels and sauces were excellent. The staff were very professional and friendly. They managed the place very well despite the large crowd.

Flunch Annecy meal on 30/05/26: good varied selection, friendly staff in the kitchens and at the tills, good value for money. The ice cream prices are great.

We were on vacation for a few days, and I had 300 loyalty points on my Flunch card, which entitled me and my son to a free starter, main course, and dessert, according to the manager. So, we ordered two XL hamburgers at the register, specifying that the main courses with starters and desserts were free due to my loyalty. We only paid for the drinks and bread. We waited at our table for 15-20 minutes, then our hamburgers were called, and when we received our hamburgers, we went to get the side dishes. My son noticed that they weren't XL hamburgers but regular ones priced at €8.95. Ours were €11.95. My son went to the manager to point this out, and the manager took the receipt and told us that the receipt showed a regular price, not XL, which he had written. My son asked for an exchange since we had specifically ordered XL hamburgers. And the manager said he couldn't do it since it was recorded. We were disappointed because we didn't get what we had asked for, even though we were entitled to it. Not even a gesture of goodwill. The young man at the till wasn't up to the task. I'll definitely never go to that Flunch again, and I wouldn't recommend it.

A meal at Flunch is always a pleasure

The manager is very friendly and polite. He's very involved in the restaurant. It's great to see that. However, the explanations regarding the children's menu (which cup to use, etc.) need to be reviewed.

The staff at Flunch are always welcoming, and the loyalty card is very advantageous.
