Calix sur Le Bouscat

An unmissable experience, highly recommended: Refined, flavorful, and generous dishes. Efficient, friendly, and discreet service. Warm decor and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value for money. A must in its category...and has been for a long time!

Back at Calix to try the new menu, what a joy to rediscover autumnal and indulgent flavors at the start of the season! The mushroom velouté was light and perfectly seasoned to bring out its flavors. For the pumpkin gnocchi, I really appreciated the different textures and the Parmesan cream, which added a touch of creaminess and a smooth, rounded flavor to the palate. To finish, with the chocolate-gianduja fondant, I was pleasantly surprised by the whipped cream infused with bergamot liqueur, which added a touch of freshness to the rich chocolate cake. I received a very warm welcome and excellent advice this evening at Calix; it's always a pleasure to return.

Excellent, impeccable service, expertly prepared starters, main courses and desserts, a well-stocked wine list – we left delighted! Thank you.

Delicious food, nice wines, friendly staff!

Excellent food in a pleasant and cozy setting, perfect for a lovely time with a partner or a group. Small outdoor terrace. Very friendly and discreet staff.

Exceptional service. Refined and elegant cuisine. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time! The food was delicious: the tataki was particularly flavorful, perfectly prepared, and incredibly fresh. As for the chocolate dessert, it was simply decadent, a perfect way to end the meal. The service was impeccable, with a smiling and attentive staff throughout the meal. We haven't had the chance to enjoy it yet, but the restaurant has a small, shaded terrace that looked very inviting. We'll gladly try it out on our next visit. We highly recommend this restaurant!
