Cambridge Arms sur Bordeaux

Excellent food and service, the pub has a real authentic English vibe to it with the menu drinks and setting. We had fish and chips and a burger both were very nice with big portions for the price. A previous reviewer said the fish and chips had no seasoning, I see it more as a lighter batter and enjoyed it. Only complaint was the portion of tartar sauce was too small. Nice staff and one of the best Guinness I've had in Bordeaux.

If you're looking for a friendly pub, this is a great pub for a get-together with friends or family.

We got the fish and chips, the portions were huge and generous (the tartar not as much), the quality however was mehh, the fish and its batter had no seasonings and were very bland and then it wasn’t very filled (batter thick, fish thin etc). However the service was great!! Our waitress (the blonde lady) was very nice and helpful

The beers are good and very cold, and the waiters are absolutely lovely.

Excellent food every time we visit. I always order the steak, and it’s consistently delicious. The owner is wonderful—kind, attentive, and especially accommodating to guests with special needs, including people using wheelchairs. Her care and attention make everyone feel truly welcome. What an amazing pub! Perfect for watching the World Cup. Great food, excellent drinks, and a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were lovely, especially Laura, who took great care of us with such a friendly attitude. Highly recommend!
