Campanile sur Saint-Witz

My abiding thought of this hotel is "It's more like a hostel than a hotel". I've never stayed at a hotel with so few amenities and facilities. First hotel that didn't even have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. One chair bought from the local preschool. Couldnt open the window to to mosquito warning, and a building site outside said window. This may be a temporary issue, but it was like a hostel on a building site. The limited staff i interacted with were friendly enough with good English. There was one communal microwave in the building lobby. The reception is in a seperate building, and the hundreds of rooms in other buildings, like dorms. No carpets in rooms. Granted it was cheap, and very convenient for my purpose of going to Parc Asterix, but at least give us a kettle! No restaurant on site, had to go to a different restaurant across the road. I guess this is the perfect example of it being cheap for a reason!

Excellent stay, the reception staff (Alexandra) were fantastic

I recently stayed at the B&B HOTEL Saint-Witz Roissy and was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is ideally located near the airport and businesses in the Marly-la-Ville area. Parc Astérix is ​​also within easy reach, perfect for a family holiday! The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped: comfortable bedding, a functional bathroom, and good soundproofing. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied, perfect for starting the day off right. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. The secure parking is a real plus for those traveling by car. In short, a hotel that offers excellent value for money, which I highly recommend!

The room was adequate but very basic; there was no kettle (for coffee or tea) in the room, not even a bottle of water! The room was dark. The bathroom was clean but nothing special, and the shower head was in poor condition.

This is my fourth stay at the 3-star B&B Hotel Saint Witz Roissy, and I've always enjoyed it. It's a comfortable and very well-maintained hotel (unlike the one at number 10 on the same street). The guest experience begins at reception, especially when you're greeted with Alexandra's smile and kindness. A pleasant surprise awaits: a small pond next to the second building, and two rather tame ducks come to greet us. It's the perfect moment to enjoy some bread for a truly relaxing break. I highly recommend this B&B Hotel.

A very nice hotel complex for a one- or multi-day stay… The rooms are very well maintained, the parking lot is spacious… there are even two adorable little ducks wandering around for fun… A special mention for the always smiling and top-notch welcome, worthy of more expensive hotels… If you are lucky enough to be welcomed by Alexandra, you will understand why it's a joy to return so often… Bravo!
