12/08/2026: A great find! The Iced Coffee Latte was truly excellent: fresh, creamy, well-balanced, and very pleasant, especially in this heat.
The service was also very friendly and welcoming. A great place to enjoy a good coffee; I'll gladly return!

15/04/2026: My abiding thought of this hotel is "It's more like a hostel than a hotel". I've never stayed at a hotel with so few amenities and facilities. First hotel that didn't even have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. One chair bought from the local preschool. Couldnt open the window to to mosquito warning, and a building site outside said window. This may be a temporary issue, but it was like a hostel on a building site. The limited staff i interacted with were friendly enough with good English. There was one communal microwave in the building lobby. The reception is in a seperate building, and the hundreds of rooms in other buildings, like dorms. No carpets in rooms. Granted it was cheap, and very convenient for my purpose of going to Parc Asterix, but at least give us a kettle! No restaurant on site, had to go to a different restaurant across the road. I guess this is the perfect example of it being cheap for a reason!

04/07/2026: A bit of a wait, but otherwise the meal was delicious and the waiter/waitress was fantastic, kind, and friendly. Honestly, I highly recommend it.
03/07/2026: Fine for a roadside restaurant. Fast service, food arrived very quickly. Food not impressive, but you don't expect that either. Cappuccino wasn't good.

28/10/2026: While eating my fries, I realized they were inedible. So I went to see the manager. She told me to put the fries back in their container, which I did. Then her colleague gave me another portion, and that's when the manager intervened, saying, "He ate them all, why are you giving him another portion?" Feeling embarrassed, I told the manager, "Well, if it bothers you, give me back the exact number of fries I had." The manager then took my portion and deliberately reduced the quantity by throwing them in the trash. I found this gesture extremely rude and inappropriate, and it left me speechless. It was a deplorable, pathetic, and unprofessional attitude, completely contrary to the ethics of a major chain. We were a family of seven, and we will never return to this restaurant.
27/10/2026: I waited 36 minutes for my order, which arrived cold. In addition to this interminable wait, half of what I ordered was missing, and the products I received were very poorly prepared, as if they had been rushed and careless.
It's unacceptable to pay for a complete order and end up with cold products, missing items, and such poor quality. Between the wait time, the errors, and the condition of the order, nothing was right.
Therefore, I request a refund given the poor service and the fact that a large part of my order was not delivered. It's unacceptable to pay for missing items and receive the rest in such a disappointing state.
A real lack of professionalism and attention to detail. I hope the establishment takes responsibility and finds a solution quickly. At this level, the service is simply unacceptable.

06/08/2026: On my last visit, this restaurant had depressed me with a two-hour wait without food... Today, I was surprised by the speed, kindness, and professionalism of the team, as well as the generous portions. Thank you to your team and thank you to the manager, with whom I was able to discuss our previous experience and their future plans. Yes, the team has changed, and for the better! To all the previous customers who were disappointed by this restaurant, give it a second chance because it's now a very good, perfect, and improved place. Once again, thank you so much; it was perfect, and I will definitely return. Perhaps our paths will cross again one day at the same Buffalo Grill. Thank you very much, 😉 excuse me for the late hour 🤭

28/07/2024: Nous sommes des habitués des Buffalo grill. Celui ci est le pire. Nous sommes arrivés à 19h30 peu de monde dans le restaurant. Le service a été long. Pas de sauce vinaigrette dans les salades d’accueil. 3 plats sur 5 froids, viandes et accompagnement compris. La sauce s’accompagnement de la pomme de terre au four avait un drôle d’aspect. Ils nous ont refait les 3 plats. Il a fallut demander plusieurs fois pour avoir une carafe d’eau.
Ils ne prennent pas la carte de fidélité et la réduction qui s’accompagne.
Seul point positif le jeune serveur qui était très gentil.
27/07/2024: En séjours avec mon fils dans la région parisienne, nous avons opté pour un dîner dans l’établissement Buffalo.
En comparaison avec d’autre restaurants de la chaîne, le service est admirable, le personnel d’une gentillesse remarquable, le sourire toujours présent !
Bravo pour la qualité du personnel !
