We stayed with a tour, the problem was that it was in a deserted location, otherwise the hotel was small, old but clean. The rooms were adequate for usability, the lobby service was good, the breakfast was good and the croissants were very successful. We stayed in other hotels later, but I can say that the breakfast was the best.

A friendly welcome, quality catering due to pleasant and helpful staff. Working in Roissy, We eat there every day and frankly nothing to say and same quality price.

I was accommodated in this hotel following the cancellation of my flight at 11 p.m. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and smiling, despite the late hour. They were very understanding and even agreed to serve me a meal after 11 p.m., and to cook me fish due to my diet. A big thank you to the whole team for the quality of the welcome.

Price was right but for one of our party, his room card failed twice, the vending machine tried to steal his money, and he had a minor flood in his room from his bathroom.

06/04/2024: 2F is excellent, but still too unmanageable and noisy. On the other hand, the completely renovated 2D is far more pleasant than it was before: more manageable and less noisy. There is a lack of seating. Many have to sit on the floor in Terminal F's boarding area. Terminal 1 is still an insult with poor entry options, dining options below the level of the capital of gastronomy and unsafe conditions where vagabonds lie and sleep in the passenger area.
06/04/2024: Our procedures were carried out in order both at arrival and departure. I would like to thank the staff who helped and guided us at every stage. The new lounges and shopping areas of Terminal 1 that I used were very impressively arranged and sufficient for our needs. I wish to visit again.
