Campanile sur Chalon-Sur-Saone

The welcome was good, it's a shame we had to request the bed be made the day before. Mentioning this upon arrival would have been helpful.

Very professional and welcoming staff. Very clean room. Very comfortable bed.

Good value for money, clean and fairly modern rooms, simple and good meals.

A basic hotel. Sufficient for one or two nights. The room was clean. Breakfast was okay. The restaurant serves decent dinners. There's a shopping center and a few restaurants nearby.

No complaints whatsoever, excellent stopover, quiet, very good dinner and lunch, top-notch staff...

The Campanile hotel is well located near the motorway exit, but the soundproofing is extremely poor, with numerous disturbances that prevented us from sleeping (which is presumably the main reason for stopping in a hotel during a trip). We could hear people talking on the floor above, various noises such as impacts, footsteps, and the sound of the shower, until well past 2 a.m. In the morning, we could hear a dog from a neighboring room barking (though it didn't wake us up). In terms of comfort, this is commensurate with the very reasonable price; no complaints except for the noise from other guests.

No complaints, staff available even when I arrived at 10pm, smiling, good and plentiful breakfast, room sufficient for one night... I will come back!
