Campanile Bordeaux Pessac Restaurant sur Pessac

I gave them 5/5 four years ago, but today my opinion is completely different. We ordered sample cakes for our wedding and anniversary: ​​three six-serving cakes for a total of €129. See the result for yourself. They were picked up in the morning to be served that evening, and kept refrigerated as recommended. Their condition upon opening the box and after cutting was disastrous. When we asked for a gesture of goodwill, which seemed reasonable given the appearance of the cakes, no solution was offered, other than a possible discount on a future order. This is a huge disappointment considering the quality we experienced four years ago. A clear decline in both service and products.

What an incredible find! This bakery is amazing!! Everything is perfect, from the welcome to the bakery itself, which makes you want to buy everything, and it's all so delicious! Best bakery ever!!!!! You can tell they love their work! Thank you to the bakers behind the ovens, getting up early to delight us – you're the best!!!!!!

We stop by just to grab some bread,and ohhhh boy ! You don’t want to miss this beautifully set up coffee shop/ bakery/ pastry….. I’m from Vancouver and I thought Thomas Hass is the place to go ,but this quality of everything is something to remember for a long long time ! If you are close by DO yourself a favour and visit them . I promise you won’t be disappointed !

Meh. What's the point of running such a pretentious business when the quality of the products sold is so poor and the price too high? Very disappointed!

My neighbor gave me a box of chocolates from this place; they are truly delicious.

Pastry shop with a wide selection of delicious cakes and tempting snacks. Lunch or afternoon tea area with lovely decor. I'll be back.

Their pastries are simply divine. I love their mille-feuille, which tastes just like the ones you find in Parisian brasseries. There's a real finesse to the craftsmanship. It's both beautiful and delicious. I've never been disappointed.
