The food was very repetitive. The tables and chairs were sometimes dirty at lunchtime.

Last night we came to eat at Flunch and we received a fantastic welcome, both at the till and in the bistro where Evan was very friendly and cheerful. It's a real pleasure to eat in such a pleasant atmosphere. I especially thank him for his professionalism. PS: Your paella is incredible!

The children were really letting off steam during the games, to the point of screaming for no reason. It's a shame, that's the only thing that really bothered me.

I often eat at Flunch, but unfortunately, there's always the same problem: the staff eats at the same time as the customers, many talk about colleagues or other customers, and are far too noisy, which significantly lowers the bill. It's a real shame; this problem really needs to be addressed.

Very good experience, lots of choice, lots of vegetables, little waiting time, nothing to complain about!

So, my friend and I went upstairs to see a young woman who had just started working here. She was a very pleasant surprise with her kindness and friendliness. Thank you so much to her! I don't remember her name, but I know she has beautiful curly hair and that she's new. It must be Orianne or Orlanne, I didn't quite catch, but I wish her all the best and thank you for the warm welcome.

We went there to invite our in-laws, who love going there. We arrived and were initially surprised by the prices... we wondered if we were actually at Flunch... for the same price, I can go to an all-you-can-eat Pizza Pai or an all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant... A simple steak is €9... an XXL steak is €12... and honestly, the difference isn't huge. They didn't even have any rosé left for my in-laws. We were lucky to arrive when it wasn't too noisy yet, but it's true that it echoes... the pager system has been changed; I think that could be a good thing for the organization. The fries were unfortunately overcooked, but I think that also depends on personal taste. But then the desserts... The price?! €4 for a Nutella cream that's basically just a pre-made, reheated crepe?!?!? What is this?! €6.20 for a slice of French toast?! We quickly changed our minds and decided to get ice cream in the mall instead, as it was cheaper and at least they made it right in front of us 🙄 That said, the food was good. We come to Flunch because we know the menu... not for the attractive prices, clearly... Given the price increases that have made Flunch feel less like "Flunch" than it actually is, we'll probably try other restaurants in the same price range.

A ruined family meal, what a shame! The restaurant is very well-run and clean, and the staff are quite friendly. However, leaving only one person to manage the children's menus, the grilled food, etc., between 11 am and noon while at least 20 staff members are enjoying a leisurely lunch is completely unacceptable. It took 35 minutes for my meal; of course, my family had already finished eating, and when I politely complained, I was completely ignored... and not even an apology!

A few more raw vegetables could have been better on the buffet. Otherwise, very good value for money.
