Very friendly welcome; we were able to check in two hours early. Unfortunately, the room wasn't quite up to par. The heating was broken, and they put a space heater in the room, which was very warm but also had a strong odor. The bathroom could have been much cleaner, especially the ventilation. Metro line 13 provides good access to the city center, but it's about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Wonderful experience at this hotel, helpful and attentive staff. Quiet and clean room. I must admit I'm very surprised by the previous negative reviews. I would return without hesitation. Well done!
