12/12/2025: We had lunch at Timbaud with 15 classmates today. Despite a very large table, the service was perfect. The welcome was extremely warm and the food was excellent. The merguez couscous was truly delicious. The two owners took great care of us all. I'll be back soon, thank you again!

16/02/2026: I came to your restaurant on Valentine's Day with my girlfriends. I had called ahead to make a reservation, but on the phone, I was clearly told that a reservation wasn't necessary. So I informed them that I was with my two girlfriends, making three of us. So I was told it wouldn't be a problem at all since only seats for two were taken and they would free up a seat for us depending on how busy it was. So I hit the road with my friends, and we had come from quite a distance, having looked at several restaurants beforehand, and this was the only one that didn't take reservations. We were therefore delighted to eat at your restaurant. Unfortunately, I found the level of service poor. We arrived, and there was a couple ahead of us, and another couple arrived after us. The last couple to arrive cut in line and went ahead of us. At that point, we didn't understand, but we didn't say anything because we figured everyone would get a seat. They went to the couple in front of us to sit down, no problem. When we were about to be seated, a woman came to get us, all smiles. But she told us that it wouldn't be possible to eat, that it was too late, it was already 11 p.m., and the kitchen was about to close. Something we didn't understand, I asked her to make an exception because we'd come from far away and I'd called ahead knowing they'd given a table to another couple before us, and we were there a little before 11 pm, so I didn't think it was fair. But she stuck to her guns. My friends and I were disappointed because it was already late and there weren't any other restaurants nearby. So I decided to insist. She told me the kitchens were closing and that if we stayed, she'd cook for us. Then she changed her tune, saying she didn't have a table, that there were only tables for two. Even though I'd been told the opposite, when we called, she told us there wasn't any room upstairs either. At first, she offered us dessert upstairs, and then she thought about it and said that actually, no, she didn't have room upstairs when we asked to eat there. Something very... Contradictory I insist on saying that we came from far away. It was at that point that she agreed because we insisted a lot, and I suppose... So she seated us, saying that we had to choose what we wanted to eat very quickly. So my friends and I hurried to choose a dish so as not to disturb them, knowing that they had made an exception. Except that, to our great surprise, the couple who arrived right after us were accepted, and yet another group of people... With whom there was a very warm welcome. They had all the time in the world to order without pressure because the kitchens were supposed to close. We had a very bad experience. And we understood that at your place, You choose your customers. We still tried to have a good evening, and to our great surprise, we asked the waitress if it was possible to go upstairs. She asked a man if it was possible, and they agreed, so the tables weren't taken. The floor wasn't good either. So I'd like to understand your criteria for being a customer. Please know that we will never return. We arrived happy with our evening and looking forward to seeing each other, but we ended up annoyed and constantly complaining about what happened to us, so our time was ruined. 26/04/2026: A phone number that never answers, so I had to go there in person. I told them the phone wasn't being answered, and they told me I had to come in person, LOL. No big deal, I'll celebrate the kids' birthdays somewhere else. The staff is incredibly unpleasant (this isn't the first time). The wait time is endless. A disgrace for McDonald's. It's a shame McDonald's doesn't monitor its franchises more closely. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

10/12/2024: Despite placing several orders, I am very disappointed. I systematically indicate that I do not want raw vegetables, but I always receive sandwiches that do not respect my request. In addition, the quality leaves something to be desired: the sandwich is often dripping and difficult to hold without tearing. Finally, customer service via WhatsApp did not give me a satisfactory answer. I would not recommend.

I was charged even though I didn't stay at the hotel, so I asked to speak to the assistant manager, who was neither competent nor understanding of the situation. Having contacted them through a call center, I tried to explain the situation, but no action was taken. Avoid at all costs!
02/04/2026: Incredibly incompetent housekeeping. My wife, who worked in the hotel industry, confirmed that when items were left behind, they were set aside. I left my electric toothbrush on the edge of the bathtub, having to leave at 4:40 am for work. I called the next day at noon, and was told that my electric toothbrush had been thrown away because it's a hygiene product... A Philips Sonicare Prestige Series 9900, to be precise! A device that cost €280 new (before discounts)! At noon, they told me it had been thrown away; in the evening, they told me it hadn't been found. I suspect that this toothbrush isn't lost to everyone... They replaced the brush head and that was that! In short, if you stay there, don't forget anything or it will be lost!!
