Good service, but sometimes long waits even for click & collect orders

Every time I've ordered from them, I've never had a single complaint, whether about the order itself or the hygiene. The only criticism I have is about the wait time before payment at the kiosk. Sometimes they even give you extra sauce, or even extra caramel on your McFlurry (provided you've added it to your order beforehand). In short, it's a far cry from the experiences you might have at other chains (especially those near the city center).

Kawtar perfectly embodies the balance between rigor and empathy. She is attentive, responsive, and deeply humane, and that makes all the difference. It's rare to encounter such dedicated, passionate, and respectful individuals. This meeting truly made an impression on me and deserves to be highlighted.
