A magical setting, intimate lounges, a warm welcome. Undeniable assets ensuring very pleasant evenings with friends or family. For €60, we enjoyed a muscat as an aperitif, a soup with the taste of our childhood as a starter, followed by donuts and an excellent charcuterie, the veal stew accompanied by cannelloni, a local cheese (watch out for the one at brandy😛) and to finish a donut and poached clementines. Wine and coffee included. Efficient service and offbeat humor to wash it all down. Thank you for this lovely moment.

I had a great time with my family in an atypical and fresh setting with a magnificent view. The aperitif is served on the terrace and we were invited to join the lounges to have the meal, which was broken down into several stages of hearty dishes. The products are of excellent quality for very good value for money. I highly recommend! Plan not to eat beforehand as well as your SAM to come down.

An experience that has to be earned, as access is somewhat “all-terrain”. Avoid low-slung sports cars!😉 Arriving at the farm, a magnificent landscape towards St Florent can be discovered while having an aperitif on the terrace. Then head to the table, inside, where we will spend 2.5 hours without seeing the time pass, tasting the minestrone-style soup, the excellent zucchini fritters with a little local cold meats, a delicious veal stew with “simply cooked” lasagna in the veal juice", a platter of local cheeses with a curiosity which in my opinion deserves to be tasted sparingly and with a little green tomato jam, and to finish an airy sweet donut accompanied by candied clementines, to moisten lightly (or not!) with a local brandy. Here no children's menu, no tourist menu with Caesar salad or the youngest's hamburger, only authentic, good, generous... Thank you for this magnificent experience, punctuated by a flawless welcome and full of humor! Useful information: no credit card, bring check or cash.

Tout était parfait : le restaurant situé sur les hauteurs de St Florent avec une vue exceptionnelle, l'accueil et le service orchestrés par de vrais professionnels qui manient aussi bien le service que l'humour ! Que dire du repas ! Une succession de spécialité corse plus delicieuse les unes que les autres . Bravo à toute l'équipe et encore merci pour cette soirée inoubliable ! Et tant pis pour ceux qui préfèrent les palaces et qui n'apprécient pas la vraie et excellente cuisine de notre terroir ...

Voici une adresse pour découvrir la cuisine corse authentique, simple et savoureuse. Déjà le cadre, la ferme se situe en hauteur du village de Murato et offre une vue plongeante sur la vallée sur des kilomètres (incroyable) la bâtisse toute en pierres est magnifique, c'est simple on se sent ici parfaitement bien. L'accueil, que dire, juste parfait, les explications sur les plats, l'histoire du lieu avec une note d'humour à ravir. Le repas, n'attendez pas ici de choisir entre les entrées les plats et les desserts. Ici on est reçu comme chez grand-mère, la soupe est prête, le ragoût à mijoter de longues heures, les plats n'attendent plus que vous comme le témoigne la pile d'assiettes qui a été dressée devant chacun. Et en plus, c'est bon, c'est simple et copieux. Nous y reviendrons, ça c'est sûr. Encore merci à toute l'équipe

Here is an address to discover authentic, simple and tasty Corsican cuisine. Already the setting, the farm is located high above the village of Murato and offers a view overlooking the valley for kilometers (incredible) the stone building is magnificent, it's simple, we feel perfectly at home here. The welcome, what can I say, just perfect, the explanations on the dishes, the history of the place with a note of humor to delight. The meal, don't wait here to choose between starters, main courses and desserts. Here you are received like at grandma's house, the soup is ready, the stew has been simmering for long hours, the dishes are just waiting for you as evidenced by the stack of plates that have been set out in front of everyone. And what's more, it's good, it's simple and plentiful. We will come back to it, that's for sure.

Welcome and charming place with a Magnificent View, without forgetting the Excellent Cuisine of Mme Pauline, faultless despite the access worthy of a 4x4 track but I understand that the said track will be redone soon...in all case we will come back.
