27/07/2026: Still just as satisfied: The establishment is difficult to access, but it's truly worth the detour. The view is exceptional, the interior superbly furnished in a former building with several individual and group rooms. The table is beautifully set; it's magnificent. A single set menu, €60, with a multitude of local dishes—a real delight—and unlimited good quality wine. We received a wonderfully warm welcome, with a glass of Muscat enjoyed in the garden. Here, the customer is respected, and it shows; kind words flow freely, creating a convivial atmosphere. Congratulations!

05/09/2026: A must-visit in Corsica when we go there. A place where things don't change, and that's wonderful. A warm welcome. Quality products: surely the best white peaches I've ever eaten, delicious local recipes, and tasteful decor. Not to mention the many homemade liqueurs and wines: I still remember the taste of the wild strawberry liqueur I tried the first time I came. The thought of eating at But makes me want to come back to Corsica. An essential address during a stay on the island.

29/08/2026: Exceptional, I'd heard wonderful things about it. It far exceeded expectations. Truly authentic Corsican cuisine. Dishes beyond compare... All of them absolutely delicious. And the owner and waitress were remarkably kind, providing explanations that attest to the restaurant's authenticity.
