Still just as satisfied: The establishment is difficult to access, but it's truly worth the detour. The view is exceptional, the interior superbly furnished in a former building with several individual and group rooms. The table is beautifully set; it's magnificent. A single set menu, €60, with a multitude of local dishes—a real delight—and unlimited good quality wine. We received a wonderfully warm welcome, with a glass of Muscat enjoyed in the garden. Here, the customer is respected, and it shows; kind words flow freely, creating a convivial atmosphere. Congratulations!

What can I say? It's been a must-see every year since 2010. It's a country house transformed into a restaurant, with small, quiet rooms. You'll be welcomed by Pauline's son, who will seat you near what was once the watering hole, and you'll be served an excellent Moscato. From there, you'll enjoy the sunset over the bay of Saint-Florent. Then, once inside, you'll surely appreciate the Villeroy & Boch dishes, a Corsican soup will be served (you'll definitely want more), followed by delicious local artisanal cured meats, melt-in-the-mouth zucchini fritters, veal in red wine or Corsican style with a side of strozzapreti, or lasagna with roast beef sauce. Then there are cheeses with fig jam and green tomato jam. To finish, a couple of desserts: a huge, very light cream puff filled with preserved clementines and local grappa. I forgot about the "caciu minatu"—try it. The menu is set, and the price in 2025 was around €60. I'm tired of spending more than €50 for an appetizer, main course with side dish, dessert, and wine near the sea. It's better to pop into Murato every now and then!

Excellent culinary experience in an enchanting place away from the mass tourist routes, following a road that is not always asphalted and with several curves you find yourself in the middle of the wonderful forest in a truly beautiful location, a large property made up of several stone-style buildings with red roofs and sovereign green, we went for dinner and we were welcomed by an entree with sweet Corsican wine and crostini, inside the restaurant where there are some rooms of 5 or 5 tables for 2 to a maximum of 6 guests we admired impeccable equipment with glassware-style services and cutlery of the past beautiful tablecloths, the menu is fixed and opens with a hot and very good vegetable potagè with vegetables from their garden followed by lasagne with reduced braised sauce served together in the cocotte delicious meat even for me who do not like it, hot and fragrant and really tender, their excellent bread, then vegetables, selection of wonderful cheeses and final icing hot doughnuts to open fill with their clementine jam and drizzle with their grappa, always "sveno" as a friend of mine says, meaning excellent, house wine and water, the bill I didn't pay enough, I can't tell you, I think it was around 50 euros, the only regret is that I can't eat everything 🤣🤣🤣🤣
