Candela 2 is a truly wonderful place and a real gem in the 11th arrondissement! 🇵🇪✨ My husband, my mother, and I came as a family right after seeing a play at the Théâtre Auguste, and we had a fantastic time. The authentic Peruvian cuisine, bursting with flavor, transports you to Peru immediately. The portions are very generous, and we shared a delicious and incredibly fresh mixed ceviche! The bistro atmosphere is wonderfully warm and relaxed. We want to give a special mention to our server, who was incredibly kind: she gave us excellent recommendations and passionately presented the dishes of her culture. Thanks to her advice, we tried chicharron and lomo saltado, two absolutely perfect and expertly prepared specialties. But what we loved most of all was the fantastic ambiance created by someone singing traditional Peruvian songs live. A truly wonderful musical and family interlude to end the evening perfectly. My mother and husband loved it; it was the ideal place to conclude our night. We'd do it again in a heartbeat!
