Caneles Baillardran Cafe sur Bordeaux

Little unexpected snack in a shop that seems to be a must do in Bordeaux. Not disappointed with the flavors of the cannelés which are nevertheless a little expensive for our taste. No other customers in the shop, so we didn't experience what can be said in other reviews. The saleswoman seemed a little confused. She seemed not to know what to advise us. She told us not to hang around because she didn't have much stock left (without knowing and without telling us that there are several stores of the same brand in the city). After which she takes a box out of the refrigerator, specifying that these are fresher than those on the shop cart. It is not possible to taste before buying. So we ordered several cannelés of different flavors.

Cute patisserie in the center of Bordeaux. Good Canelés, friendly staff.

The cannelés are good but I prefer those from La Toque Cuivrée.

Chain of canelés that are neither the best nor, of course, the cheapest. The place is nice but they don't even have bathrooms.

Located in the well-decorated center, good service, worth visiting, the magnificent canalés fresh from the workshop
