Our breakfast during our stay in Bordeaux. Old-fashioned brasserie with good coffee and toast, not forgetting a little jazzy ambient music... Great way to start the day!

I have been to this establishment several times and have never been disappointed! Whether it's pizza, burgers, mussels and fries, pasta, salads, everything is good! Just a small downside for the warm goat's cheese salad, the goat's cheese was not of good quality or past... but apart from that, overall a good experience. Fast service, a warm team. I recommend the homemade desserts, they are to die for! The Basque cake and the tourtière in particular 🤌 I think about it often and I will go back to try it again 🫡 I also loved the Caesar salad, well garnished with crispy chicken. The setting is pleasant whether on the terrace or inside. A good address for travelers!

Excellent welcome, nothing to say about the quality of the dishes (materials, cooking, etc.) good advice on the wine. Value for money more than good, I recommend to travelers like me. I'll be back!

A very pleasant surprise for cheap, just a stone's throw from the station! Meal that was both hearty and really very good!!! Frankly, we have no regrets and we will come back with great pleasure.

Great welcome! My daughter and I were hungry and despite the time (5 p.m.) La Taverne du Midi welcomed us with open arms with a pizza 🍕 Queen! My daughter enjoyed it! Thank you again for your adaptability!

17/03/2024: Incredible place, we pass and arrive in this warm and pleasant place with a totally drunk owner who delights us in terms of alcohol. We danced well, I wanted to change the music but I got a well-deserved slap from the boss. I spent the evening with a group of friends and one of them didn't want to pay for his round of drinks for the whole evening so the owner insulted him properly and wanted to hit him in front of everyone. world. He got kicked out of the bar, well done! I recommend

05/04/2024: Little unexpected snack in a shop that seems to be a must do in Bordeaux. Not disappointed with the flavors of the cannelés which are nevertheless a little expensive for our taste. No other customers in the shop, so we didn't experience what can be said in other reviews. The saleswoman seemed a little confused. She seemed not to know what to advise us. She told us not to hang around because she didn't have much stock left (without knowing and without telling us that there are several stores of the same brand in the city). After which she takes a box out of the refrigerator, specifying that these are fresher than those on the shop cart. It is not possible to taste before buying. So we ordered several cannelés of different flavors.
13/03/2024: The young girl said hello to us and served us, she's a professional, the vanilla cannelé was good but not worth the price, it's too expensive A 40€ box should be reviewed if you want to sell more
