Really excellent meat, generous portions, fast and friendly service. Come on if I really want to be critical of a noisy room that deserves a little renovation but for the quality of the food we forget all that.

On the other hand, reception from the waiter (bearded gentleman) without enthusiasm or kindness
Too bad the local wines are from big cooperatives, not from winegrowers.
Finally it’s the factory with dozens and dozens of tables

I came to try the horse meat and I really liked it. The waiter who took care of us was very nice but I only gave it 3 stars because the general atmosphere of the restaurant was rather average, it was noisy and it felt like a canteen; And the service time was really very long, that's probably the biggest problem. To tell you, we almost left without having the desserts...

Very good restaurant. The meats are super good and the gratin dauphinois was very successful! The crème brûlée (homemade dessert) was also very good! I recommend this place!

Birthday party, there are 5 of us on a small rectangular table, way too small for 5 people. A first server takes our order for aperitifs but only takes half. After three waiters passing by we finally had our order for aperitifs. Then we have to wait another 1 hour to get our dishes. Cold gratin dauphinois prime rib with more fat than meat the dessert no better a praline tart which has no taste in short very disappointed for a first. Not sure I'll come back...

Carnegie! in the style of Parisian brasseries, emblematic places in Lyon for meat lovers.
Quality of the meat at its peak, however I don't understand that a meat restaurant has knives that don't cut, let's move on, that remains a "detail".
