Excellent food for our meal on September 3, 2026. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The chocolate fondant was wonderfully gooey. There was a bit too much noise coming from a table of 10, but that wasn't the restaurant's fault.

Open Sunday evening, which we appreciated. A very warm welcome and gracious staff, which was very pleasant. The pizza was good and generously topped. Authentic pasta carbonara (just like in Italy) and excellent gnocchi. We had a lovely evening.

20/09/2026: We had a reservation in the library, but ended up in the main dining room due to a private booking. This was the only downside to our evening; an email to let us know would have been appreciated. The waitress was extremely pleasant, and we had a lovely evening on the terrace. The food was very good, with wonderful Italian flavors. I highly recommend this place, but I already know it's very well-known and highly regarded.
